1.What is the standard lead time?

Varies by location & product complexity.

– T-shirts/POLO: 10–15 working days+

-Hoodies/Jackets/Windbreakers: 20–25 working days

For orders ≥100 pieces, exact lead time confirmed before production.

2. What file formats are required for logos or garment designs?

Submit via WeChat/WhatsApp/Email/Google Drive

– Preferred: Vector files (Ai/CDR/EPS)

– Alternatives: 300+ DPI images (PSD/PNG/JPG)

Image-only files can be redrawn into vectors (fee based on complexity, charged upon confirmation).

3.Can I reorder? Any quantity rules?

Reorders allowed anytime (MOQ may apply per product; check customer service).

Same price within 6 months of original order. Beyond that, new pricing based on quantity.

4. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our uniform MOQ is flexible, starting from 6 pieces (varies by product type).

Ideal for SMEs, with high quality and full customization included.

5.Will the actual product color differ from the on-screen display?

Color discrepancies may occur due to monitor variations.

Select fabric swatches before production to minimize differences.

6. Will the final product size match the size chart/sample?

Manual cutting & sewing may cause a 0.5–1 inch variation (normal).

7. What if there are issues with delivered goods?

Contact your sales rep within 48 hours of receipt; we’ll resolve it.

Not liable for post-confirmation design changes or wash-related damages.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

– Macau: Bank transfer, cheque, PayEasy, MPAY, cash (Card/UnionPay for orders over $500)

– Hong Kong: Bank transfer, cheque, FPS, cash

– Overseas/Mainland China: Bank transfer.

9. How to care for garments?

Wash inside out to protect prints & extend durability.

Frequent washing accelerates wear and tear.

10. Is MC only a garment printing company?

No. We offer one-stop service: fabric selection → design → production → printing/embroidery.

11. What if I can’t find my desired product?

Provide photos/samples of your product. Our team will assess feasibility for custom production.

12. Is sampling available for orders?？

For bulk orders of 100 pieces or more, you can request one sample for free.

13. Do you process finished third-party garments?

Sorry, we don’t provide this service.

14. Is there a design fee?

No upfront fee, but a $500 deposit is required upon order confirmation.

Deposit non-refundable if order cancelled (counts as design fee). Deducted from total upon completion.

15. Do you offer rush service?

We offer a rush service; please contact our sales consultant for arrangements.

16. If I don't have a design, can we offer design services?

Yes! Our MC design team will create proposals based on your ideas and needs. Pricing depends on design complexity.
